Dodgy business framework
Review over FairtixAs a promoter I got in contact with Mr. K from fairtix and I was surprised when I was asked for details from my bank, like card number, then account statement. As far as I know, and I might be wrong, this is confidential information, and even if he tried to convince me that this procedure is legal and asked by the government, I didn't had this kind of information asked by any of the other (3) ticket selling platforms I have worked and I still have accounts with. What was even more interesting it was that there is no contract to be signed, and Mr. K said that another bank account needs to be opened. Again, a totally new approach than the rest of the platforms. I don't know if it's legal or not, but definitely there are enough red flags for me to say NO, THANK YOU!
