Here we go... another bad review on top of the others. Please read all the bad reviews before using this website to buy anything. I purchased two tickets to the Justin Bieber concert in Amsterdam 7 months from now.

It's obvious that the company takes advantage of their position - they obviously try to hide the fact that they sell resale tickets as well as don't offer any refunds. The only place you're informed about their "resale tickets" is on the very top of the website with small letters, "You are visiting the Netherlands' most valued reseller of resold tickets. Prices may be higher or lower than the printed value".- bear in mind the website is also in Dutch only. Now, the prices on their resale tickets are indeed higher than the original prices (50% higher exactly) and they don't guarantee the seats that you paid extra for (they most likely give you cheaper ones). When you are on the checkout page, they give you a 15 min. reservation time to purchase your tickets. Obviously, another way to pressure the buyer to purchase the tickets as fast as possible, because there are no reason for this when they sell resale tickets. During the entire checkout process, they don't mention once about the fact that you are about to purchase resale tickets. Instead, they make it look like you are buying original tickets. Only after you purchase the tickets, you are sent an email with your confirmation informing you that they are looking for your tickets and will send them approximately 10 days before the concert or later... not anywhere do they mention this on their website or checkout except for their terms and condition, which their customer service happily refer you to after you have purchased the tickets and attempted to get a refund. I tried to get a refund the minute after I purchased the tickets, because I was unaware of the ticket conditions, but obviously they will keep your money.

Now, the company knows about these complains among their customers. It has been stated multiple times in their reviews... so why don't they do anything about it? Why don't they try to better inform the customer when they enter the website or checkout page? Well, they take advantage of the situation and don't feel the need to change anything to better inform you, because they make money and it compensates for the unhappy customers. Obviously, they wont call it a scam and believe they have provided substantial information about the ticket conditions, but fortunately that is up to you to decide. Nevertheless, I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website.
