I bought two tickets on here and it turns out it was only one ticket. The user experience was extremely misleading and I paid double the price for 1 ticket. I called immediately when I noticed the issue and sent an email. The customer service representative said it was my fault and they wouldn't refund me for 1 of the tickets despite the unethical practices of its seller. My receipt confirmation shows two tickets yet I only received one ticket with a membership card.
