this is a semi fraudulent organisation. bought a ticket on the US website, flew to the US and once here its impossible to download the tickets. its says ticketmaster app is not a available to anyone in my region. off course only the app allows access. i bought another phone and same issue. i can see the ticket booking but cant download. spend hours with their support team and they say its a glitch
